Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Papi Rewards owner subscriptions. Customers who join a cafe loyalty card do not pay Papi Rewards.

Subscription cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting support@papi.lt. Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refund eligibility

• Duplicate charges, billing errors, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation request are eligible for review.
• If a paid subscription cannot be activated because of a Papi Rewards or Dodo Payments processing issue, we will review the charge and may issue a refund or account credit.
• Accidental renewals may be reviewed if you contact us promptly and the service has not been materially used during the renewed period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for partial months, unused time, changes of mind after active use, customer reward disputes at your cafe, or issues caused by incorrect account information.

Dodo Payments processing

Papi Rewards uses Dodo Payments for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, taxes, payment events, and approved refund processing. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and card network timing may vary.

Taxes, fees, and chargebacks

Some taxes, currency conversion fees, payment fees, or bank fees may be non-refundable depending on local law and payment network rules. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, refund handling may move to Dodo Payments, the payment network, or your bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@papi.lt with your account email, cafe name, Dodo checkout or invoice reference if available, charge date, and reason for the request. We may ask for extra information to verify account ownership and the charge.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
